I'm Julian. I do the work myself.
I'm local, here in Greenville. I spent years making businesses look good before I started fixing how they run.
I kept seeing the same thing. Good businesses doing good work, losing money in the gaps: the call nobody answered, the estimate nobody chased, the review nobody asked for. JPAX is what I built to close those gaps. I find the leak, install the system that stops it, and keep it running.

How I got here
I didn't start in systems.
I started making things look good in 2018. Then I kept getting pulled one layer deeper, until I was working on the part that actually decides whether a business grows.
- DesignFreelance design for small businesses. Logos, print, the look of the thing. I learned fast that a good look doesn't answer the phone.
- CameraPhotography and video. Shooting for businesses put me inside them, close enough to see where the day falls apart.
- ScreenWebsites, then apps. I built what came after the click: the forms, the follow-up, the tools behind the page.
- June 2025JPAX, here in Greenville. I stopped selling pieces and started fixing the whole handoff: call, estimate, job, review.
- TodayAudit, Install, Partner. For owners who already have the work and are tired of watching it slip.
How I work
A few rules I don't bend.
- I don't work for your competitors.If you lay pavers in Greenville, no other paver company in your area gets a seat. Your audit holds it for 30 days. The install locks it.
- I don't sell pieces.The audit decides what gets built, and it all works together.
- You own what we install.Your numbers, your accounts, your website, your data.
