The Ops Audit
Find the leak. Two weeks. $2,000.
I track every call to your business line, mystery-shop your after-hours response, and count the estimates nobody followed up on. You get the number that matters, what the leak costs you in dollars, and a 90-day roadmap to fix it.
What I measure
Ten places money walks out the door.
- 01Call-answer rate
Every call to your line for 7–10 days: answered, missed, after hours.
- 02Speed to lead
I call after hours and fill out your web form, then time how long a human takes to respond.
- 03Estimate follow-up
What actually happens after an estimate goes out.
- 04Reviews
Your count, pace, and rating against three competitors.
- 05Web presence
Speed, mobile experience, booking friction, and your Google Business Profile.
- 06Lead sources and cost per lead
Where your jobs come from and what each one costs you.
- 07Dead estimates
Unclosed estimates from the last 12 months that nobody chased.
- 08Missed-call patterns
When calls get missed: Friday nights, Sunday afternoons, lunch.
- 09Competitor gap
How two or three competitors handle the same calls.
- 10The rollup
One number at the top of the report: your total quantified loss.
How the two weeks run
Nothing changes for you or your customers.
A tracking number forwards to your real line. Your phones ring the same way they always do. I do the measuring.
- Day 1Kickoff call, 30 minutes with me. Your average job value, where leads come from, what happens after hours, and where your customers are.
- Days 2–9Measurement. Calls are tracked, I make the after-hours mystery call myself, and I pull your reviews and competitors.
- Days 10–12The report. Scores, the money math, and the 90-day roadmap.
- Day 13Walkthrough, 30 minutes. The number first, then the roadmap.
What you get
The number you'll stare at.
- A scored report cardGood, Watch, or Leaking on every one of the ten checks.
- The money mathEvery dollar figure shown as a formula with your own numbers in it.
- A 90-day roadmapFixes ordered by return, so you know what to do first.
Questions
Straight answers.
Why pay for an audit?
It's two weeks and $2,000, and it comes off the install if you move forward. Either way, you'll know exactly where the money is leaking.
Can I just hire you for ads?
Yes. Ad campaigns are the one thing I run without an audit: $1,500 a month plus ad spend, and your seat stays locked while they run. One video I planned, scripted, and shot for Southern Pavers has started 58 customer conversations at $8.15 each. If the calls start coming and some slip through, the audit shows you where.
Will it disrupt the business?
No. The tracking number forwards to your real line. Your customers won't notice anything.
What if I don't want the install?
You keep the report card and the roadmap. There's no retainer.
Can my competitor get this too?
No. After your audit, your seat is held for 30 days. Book the install and it's locked for a year after launch, and for as long as you stay on as a partner. Either way, what I learn about your business stays yours. It's never shared with or used for anyone else.
Who actually does the work?
I do. The judgment work is mine: the kickoff, the mystery call, the walkthrough, and training your call answering. That's the part you're paying for.
